Beware of leaving your dog poop where Fido left it!
Introducing the Cacas Express scheme – a great business initiative by a council in Madrid which sees those who do not pick up their dog’s poop and have it mailed back to them in the post – would Amarex do this?
The Council of Brunete employed twenty agents to follow dog owners around the region to catch those who were neglecting to pick up after their dog in public places.
The agents then boxed up the poop (ew!) and approached the culprits, starting a friendly conversation with them to find out the dog’s name and breed. The information was then cross referenced with the town’s pet database to find out the name and address of the owner. The boxed poop was then mailed to them from the ‘Lost and Found’ department, with a warning notice and that should there be a next time, a fine would be coming their way. Ruff!
