Website brings freelance workers and employers together
Are you a freelancer looking for your next job? Or are you an employer looking to outsource a contract? In both cases, Peopleperhour may have what you need.
This online platform offers several ways for freelancers and potential employers to collaborate. In order to register, freelancers need to provide samples of their work to verify that they have the skills they’re offering. They can then post offers, including their rates, in the Hourlies section, thus named because the minimum duration of a job is one hour.
Potential employers can also submit offers, which are then transmitted to the appropriate freelancers, so they can send in proposals. The employer can then choose what best suits them and provide a downpayment, which will only be released when the job is completed. Alternatively, an employer can also browse freelancer profiles and contact the specialist they need directly.
The platform provides a WorkStream page for every job, allowing employers and freelancers to communicate, safely manage payments, create invoices and rate completed jobs. Customer support is also available to mediate disputes, should they arise.
A promising perspective for any established or budding freelancers!
