With the goal of being the online destination for fashion accessories in the Middle East, we are currently based in Dubai and sell our products throughout the GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and KSA).

Our value proposition lies mainly in the ability to choose popular designers from abroad and up & coming talent from the Middle East, and curate a versatile catalogue that fits many different tastes and budgets. We support this catalogue with responsive customer service, a growing and changing catalogue and perks (i.e. free shipping and shipping within 24 hours).

Key competencies :

You will be managing all aspects of the business, which include but are not limited to the following:

Strategy & Business Planning

  • Set company strategy and develop value propositions

Website & User Experience

  • Manage the current IT platform
  • Manage and improve website experience
  • Coordinate Customer Service
  • Manage and analyze Google Analytics data


  • Set sales strategy
  • Map potential customers and generate leads
  • Track and analyze sales data

Finance & Fundraising

  • Present to potential investors


  • Managing outsourced online marketing
  • Managing outsourced PR
  • Manage and analyze AdWords and Facebook Ads data
  • Creating innovative and creative ideas for both marketing and PR

Managing Purchasing

  • Manage Product Manager
  • Review sales and trends reports to guide buying process

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage company accounting including invoicing, account receivables and payables
  • Process orders and complete fulfillment
  • Manage administrative items (packaging, fulfillment reconciliation)

Recruitment criteria :

If you are a passionate individual looking for an all-encompassing opportunity to create a huge impact on the MENA consumer market, can be self-motivated and capable of finding solutions while navigating through difficult situations common to emerging markets, then this role could be ideal for you.

You must also meet the following requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of general management work experience
  • Ecommerce or online marketing experience
  • Bachelor in Engineering, Commerce or Arts (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
  • Ability to set strategy and develop value propositions
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in the Middle East market environment
  • Comfortable working with executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
  • Prior experience in fashion a strong plus
  • Fluent in Arabic a strong plus
  • Ability to build and manage a team as part of a growing organization a strong plus
  • Ability or experience in fundraising a plus
