My background..
I was born in London and spent most of my late teens and early twenties living and working in the media and publishing circuit in the city, with a short stint living in New York to record an album, as I sing too. I moved to Dubai four years ago and have not looked back since. I’ve found love in this city (I’m getting married in November 2013) and it’s been good to me.
My career..
I created the concept behind brideclubme.com in early 2012, when I got engaged and became frustrated at the lack of personable and modern websites offering expat brides in the UAE real information and inspiration for their weddings. Brideclubme.com is the UAE’s premier online information resource, for UAE based expat brides-to-be. It is a support network, forum, and community for one of the biggest days of a woman’s life, packed with wedding inspiration and vendor contacts for brides-to-be. I launched Brideclubme.com in partnership with one of the Middle East’s leasing publishing houses; CPI Publishing. We also put on unique and quirky wedding events for brides to-be and vendors alike, including a creative bridal bazaar next year.

I’m looking for an experienced online feature writer/editor with a passion for fashion and all things weddings. I’m also looking to connect with wedding industry professionals, such a wedding planners, event managers, cake designers, photographers, videographers, makeup artists and so on.
