In 2014, CMO has teamed up with Visual.ly to create  ‘The CMO’s guide to the 2014 Social Media Language’ infograph. 

A brilliant guide to the CMO’s social landscape, it shows what aspects different social networks are good for, what to expect from each and how to use them more efficiently for business purposes. 

 

 

They use 4 basic criteria to evaluate and compare their strengths and weaknesses : traffic generation, brand awareness, customer communication and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
