Sales Manager – Jabbar Group

As a Sales Manager,you will be part of Discrete Automation and Motion division which offers a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators, power electronics systems, rectifiers, power quality products, photovoltaic inverters, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and robots and will be based in the UAE.

Tasks:
Your main tasks will be the following-
• Establish relationships and generate opportunities with key developers, EPCs and end users.
• Develop marketing plan and actions for solar Inverters
• Work closely with system integrators to promote ABB string inverters
• Obtain approval with end users (DEWA, ADWEA etc.)
• Influence consultant specification to suit ABB Inverters
• Managing and developing channel partner business for solar string inverters.
• Strategic planning to introduce products in local market and enhance business development
• Develop solar packaging business by developing local integration capability
• Defining market segments and associated project
• Preparing sales forecasts and budgets
• Preparation of technical and commercial offers for solar market
• Updating and managing ProSales in line with Internal reporting system
• Understanding client requirement and expectation and presenting the value added proposition of ABB in projects
• Meeting sales set targets per quarter
• Developing strong customer relationships.

Requirements:
Ideally you will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10 years experience in sales. Apart from that good understanding of the middle east market will be required.
