Energy & Resources – You will assist the Financial Institutions Client Relationship team in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, the Bank knowledge base of the industry, pitches for the business & executing transactions. Finalizing the various reports required by management/other departments, etc.
TASKS:

Supporting the Director of Energy & Resources in bringing new business and cross-selling other products of NBAD.

Supporting the team of Energy & Resources in client pitch presentations.

Preparing & maintaining NBAD’s Global & Regional Energy & Resources knowledge base services.

Preparing & maintaining Account Plans for target Clients.

Preparing Client pitch presentations.

Executing transactions.

Maintain up-to-date credit, mandate and industry sector files.

Review the FACT applications for new Business or renewal.

Prepare term sheet, information memorandum, invitation letters, project appraisal reports….etc.

Appraise, analyze, scrutinize and comment on all information received from client including but not limited to financial statements, management accounts, feasibility reports market research report, valuation report, business report, financial/legal/technical due diligence report…..etc.

Review financing documents in coordination with internal and external lawyers and operational desk

Preparation of budget and other reports for senior management.

Attend internal/external client meetings, conference calls and preparing associated meeting/call reports.

Address day-to-day queries from clients and provide all Bank services

Assist in attracting ancillary business by cross-selling the banks investment and retail products.

Prepare statistic information related to the business unit.

Fully understand the Bank’s Wholesale Banking products and associated processes.

Adhere to process KPIs and ISO9001 requirements, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit Requirements.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Finance / Business related Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting.
7 years of Banking experience with at least 3 years in Relationship Banking.
Capable to organize the workload, meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
Excellent MS office skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation.
