Extensive diary management, appointment tracking, meeting arrangements and follow up
Provide appropriate documentation and block prep time before meetings
Provide backup cover to other EA’s as appropriate
Handling and screening all calls and requests
Email inbox monitoring, taking action as necessary
Extensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, drivers and managing last minute changes
Coordinate business and medical expenses and track payments
Meeting room booking, catering arrangements, event coordination
Proofreading, filing, document change tracking, database management and general administration

The candidate we are looking for will have:

Fluent written and spoken business English and Arabic communication
A professional services employment background in a finance, legal or business support environment
University Degree and at least 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting Director level or above
Advanced Microsoft Office (formatting, track changes, mail merge) Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and Powerpoint
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
A hardworking attitude, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
Professional demeanor with experience in a multinational environment
